Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Any no shows will be charged 50% and be banned from making future appointments without first securing a deposit. All cancellations are up to my discretion. If an appointment is made from my end without a card on file, and that appointment is a cancellation inside the window or a no show, the fee must be paid before any other appointments are set.
